工艺因素对碳纤维增强硅羟基磷灰石骨水泥抗折强度的影响
Abstract:
以碳纤维(carbonfiber,Cf)为增强相,采用微波法合成的含硅羟基磷灰石(carbonfiberreinforcedsilicon–substitutedhydroxyapatite,Si–HA)为基体,用丙烯酸/衣康酸的缓冲液为凝固剂,制备了碳纤维增强含硅羟基磷灰石(Cf/Si–HA)骨水泥。研究了碳纤维体积含量、偶联剂种类和用量、柠檬酸钠的加入量对骨水泥抗折强度的影响,并采用正交实验法探讨了各因素的协同影响作用。采用X射线衍射、万能材料试验机、扫描电子显微镜和红外光谱对Cf/Si–HA骨水泥的抗折强度、显微结构和组分等进行了表征。结果表明随碳纤维体积含量、硅烷偶联剂KH–550和柠檬酸钠含量的增加,骨水泥的抗折强度均呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当碳纤维体积含量为30%、硅烷偶联剂KH–550质量含量(下同)为0.8%、柠檬酸钠含量为25%时,骨水泥的抗折强度达到极大值43.8MPa。
