预压应力对放电等离子烧结技术制备透明氧化铝陶瓷透明度的影响(英文)

Abstract:

采用放电等离子烧结技术,在没有任何烧结助剂的条件下,于1350℃烧结5min制备细晶透明氧化铝陶瓷。系统研究预压应力对样品微结构和透光性能的影响。在低的预压应力(10MPa)和快速升温(100℃/min)条件下,制备高直线透过率(640nm时为56%,2000nm时为84%)的透明氧化铝陶瓷,增加预压应力导致样品的直线透过率降低。
