电荷补偿对ZnO:Eu~(3+)材料荧光性能的影响(英文)

Abstract:

采用机械力固相化学反应法制备了含3%Eu3+(摩尔分数,下同)ZnOEu3+(ZnO3%Eu3+)发光材料,研究了ZnO3%Eu3+发光材料的激发与发射光谱,以发射光谱的主峰(λem=611nm)作为监控波长,其激发光谱的主峰对应λem=465nm,分析了ZnO3%Eu3+材料的发射峰强度随电荷补偿剂Li+,Na+和K+掺杂浓度的变化规律。结果表明随电荷补偿剂含量增大,ZnOEu3+材料的发射峰强度均出现先增大后减小趋势,但在不同电荷补偿剂下,ZnOEu3+材料的发射峰强度最大处对应的电荷补偿剂含量不同,此时对应的Li+,Na+和K+的摩尔分数分别为1%,0.75%和0.70%。
