污水污泥页岩陶粒烧胀特性

Abstract:

利用污水处理厂的原状污水污泥混合页岩制备陶粒,采用热重-差热分析、X射线衍射、红外光谱等手段分析陶粒烧胀过程。研究了污水污泥掺量和烧胀温度对陶粒的表观密度和强度的影响及污水污泥页岩陶粒烧胀机理。结果表明污水污泥掺量为20%~30%,烧胀温度达到1150℃时,可得到轻质的烧胀陶粒;掺入污水污泥会增加陶粒生料中有机质烧失量,降低熔融温度,增强烧胀时的还原性气氛,较大网状Si—O四面体聚合度,生成铁橄榄石等更易熔融的矿物,增强熔融程度,从而提高陶粒烧胀性能。
