溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米级硅酸镥粉体的发光性能

Abstract:

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Lu2SiO5Ce粉体。基于X射线衍射、透射电镜、紫外-可见激发发射、X射线激发发射和荧光衰减时间的测试,研究了溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米Lu2SiO5Ce粉体的物相结构和发光性能。结果表明在1000℃煅烧2h得到粒径约为40nm的纯Lu2SiO5Ce粉体;其激发谱中的最强激发峰在360nm处,发射谱中在398~407nm范围有以407nm为中心的宽发射峰,归因为Ce3+的4f-5d间的电子跃迁。在X射线激发下Lu2SiO5Ce粉体的发光表现出二级发光衰减行为,衰减时间分别为τ1=10.98ns和τ2=39.32ns,相应的发光强度比例分别为73.38%和21.29%。
