掺Ru(bpy)32+的TiO2–SiO2有机–无机杂化光学薄膜
Abstract:
利用钛酸丁酯、g-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基丙烯酸为先驱体制备了有机–无机溶胶–凝胶杂化材料,用旋涂法在单晶硅片或石英玻璃片上制备了光学薄膜。用Fourier变换红外光谱仪、Abbe折射仪和光谱仪等测试了所得有机–无机复合TiO2–SiO2光学薄膜的结构基团、折射率和发光光谱。通过改变其中的钛酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸含量来调节材料的折射率。对一次旋转涂膜(转速1200r/min,持续时间20s)制备的样品,测出其折射率为1.4~1.5;掺联吡啶钌Ru(bpy)32+的杂化光学薄膜,在蓝色发光二极管(559nm)激发下发出明亮的橙红色光(604nm)。
