CaO/MgO质量比对CaO–MgO–Al2O3–SiO2微晶玻璃析晶行为的影响

Abstract:

采用高温熔制法制备了含不同CaO/MgO质量比的CaO–MgO–Al2O3–SiO2(CMAS)微晶玻璃,并借助差热分析、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜分析了CaO/MgO质量比对CMAS微晶玻璃的析晶行为的影响规律。结果表明CaO/MgO质量比为1.4为最合理的配比,该配比下CMAS微晶玻璃析出的透辉石晶相较多,其适宜成核温度和晶化温度分别为660℃和932.5℃;CaO/MgO质量比的下降会降低CMAS微晶玻璃的析晶能力,并改变晶相比例及形状,减小晶粒尺寸。
