掺杂卟啉铜的TiO2/SiO2有机-无机复合材料制备及其非线性折射率

Abstract:

以正硅酸乙酯与钛酸丁酯为前驱体,用溶胶-凝胶法将水溶性的5,10,15,20-四(4-磺酸苯基)卟啉铜(tetra(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphine,TPPS)(Cu(Ⅱ)-TPPS)掺杂到TiO2/SiO2固体介质中,制备了Cu(Ⅱ)-TPPS掺杂TiO2/SiO2有机-无机复合材料。通过分析样品的紫外-可见吸收光谱,研究了Cu(Ⅱ)-TPPS在凝胶基质中的分子状态。结果表明Cu(Ⅱ)-TPPS在TiO2/SiO2凝胶介质中的最大单体掺杂摩尔分数为10-10。随着Cu(Ⅱ)-TPPS掺杂浓度的进一步提高,在凝胶体系中开始形成Cu(Ⅱ)-TPPS二聚体,且二聚体含量随着凝胶化过程的进行而增多。应用Z扫描技术研究了不同Cu(Ⅱ)-TPPS掺杂浓度的复合材料的非线性光学性质,其三阶非线性折射率达-2.991×10-17m2/W。
