液相自组装制备BaxSr1-xTiO3功能陶瓷薄膜

Abstract:

以Sr(NO3)2,Ba(NO3)2,(NH4)2TiF6和H3BO3作为原料,采用自组装单分子膜(self-assembledmonolayers,SAMs)技术以及利用紫外光修饰技术对十八烷基三氯硅烷(C18H37SiCl3,OTS)单分子膜进行官能团改性,在氧化铟锡(indiumtinoxide,ITO)玻璃基板上成功制备了BaxSr1-xTiO3功能陶瓷薄膜。通过动态/静态接触角仪测量了SAMs功能化的ITO玻璃基板表面与水的接触角,探讨功能化ITO玻璃基板在紫外光照射前后的润湿情况。通过X射线衍射、能量色散光谱和扫描电子显微镜等测试方法分析了制备的BaxSr1-xTiO3功能陶瓷薄膜的物相组成、微区结构和形貌。结果表明改性的SAMs功能化ITO玻璃基板在50℃的前驱溶液中沉积18h后,在600℃煅烧晶化2h,可以成功制备出纯相BaxSr1-xTiO3功能陶瓷薄膜,薄膜的颗粒均一,形貌均匀。
