白光发光二极管用荧光粉Ca0.5Sr0.5MoO4:Eu3+的制备及表征

Abstract:

采用以柠檬酸作为螯合剂的溶胶-凝胶法成功制备了新型纳米级红色荧光粉Ca0.5Sr0.5MoO4Eu3+。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和荧光光谱等对该荧光粉进行了表征。结果表明该荧光粉平均粒径为700nm,在近紫外区395nm和蓝光区467nm光激发下都可发射出615nm处的强烈红光,此外,Ca0.5Sr0.5MoO4Eu3+中Eu3+离子的最佳掺杂量为10%、最佳烧结温度为1000℃、助熔剂Na+的引入使样品的发光强度增加了5倍。Ca0.5Sr0.5MoO4Eu3+荧光粉是一种潜在的白光发光二极管用红色荧光粉。
