无碱玻璃配合料熔化过程中的物化反应和能量消耗——叶腊石与高岭土和石英砂组合之间的比较

Abstract:

采用X射线衍射法研究了两种分别以叶腊石为主要原料但不含石英砂和以高岭土与石英砂为主要原料的无碱玻璃配合料从室温到1200℃的物化反应。采用差热-热重同步分析仪研究了这两种配合料从室温到1400℃的能量消耗以及吸放热反应。结果表明以叶腊石为主要原料的无碱玻璃配合料比以高岭土为主要原料的配合料在熔化过程中少消耗的能量为50J/g;将配合料由固态转变成玻璃态,以及保持这种随机的不规则玻璃态所需的能量很高,约占总能耗的55%~56%。
