用一步法合成Ba0.905Ca0.845Mg0.25SiO4:xEu2+,yMn2+白光荧光粉及其发光性能

Abstract:

采用高温固相法合成一系列碱土硅酸盐Ba0.905Ca0.845Mg0.25SiO4xEu2+,yMn2+(x、y为摩尔比)荧光粉。探讨烧结温度、时间、助熔剂BaCl2和Eu2+及Mn2+掺量对荧光粉发光性能的影响。通过热重-差热分析确定荧光粉的合成温度,用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和荧光光谱表征荧光粉的结构、形貌和发光性能。1000~1100℃合成的Ba0.905Ca0.845Mg0.25SiO4Eu2+荧光粉具有Ba1.31Ca0.69SiO4和BaCa2Mg(SiO4)2晶相、在300~410nm有强吸收,可与紫光InGaN基发光二极管芯片(340~420nm)匹配,在紫光激发下,发射覆盖蓝光到红光连续光谱的白光,可很好地应用于白光发光二极管。
