有机累托石/环氧树脂复合材料的结构及性能

Abstract:

以热稳定性较高的离子液体1-十六烷基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐(1-hexadecyl-3-methylimidazoliumbromide,C16mimBr)为改性剂,制备了有机累托石(organic-rectorite,OREC)。以环氧树脂(epoxyresin,EP)为基体,分别用2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole,2-E-4-MI)和桐油酸酐(tungoilanhydride,TOA)作固化剂,制得了2种有机累托石/环氧树脂复合材料。对复合材料的微观结构、力学性能和耐热性能进行了测试。结果表明以2-E-4-MI为固化剂时,只能形成插层型纳米复合材料;以TOA为固化剂时,OREC在较低含量时易在环氧树脂基体中形成剥离型纳米复合材料。OREC添加量为2%(质量分数)时,剥离型纳米复合材料具有最佳力学性能和耐热性能。与纯环氧树脂固化物相比,其拉伸强度提高了60.3%,弯曲强度提高了26.7%,弯曲模量提高了34%,热分解温度提高了14℃,玻璃化转变温度提高了5.5℃。
