Mg:Ru:Fe:LiNbO3晶体生长及蓝光双波长非挥发存储性能

Abstract:

在同成分LiNbO3中,掺入摩尔分数为0~3%的MgO,0.09%RuO2和0.03%Fe2O3,采用提拉法生长MgRuFeLiNbO3晶体。以Kr+激光器(476nm)和He-Ne激光器(633nm)作光源测试MgRuFeLiNbO3晶体的光激载流子类型和光折变全息存储性能。结果表明在蓝光(476nm)照射下,MgRuFeLiNbO3晶体载流子以空穴为主,在红光(633nm)照射下,载流子以电子为主;蓝光的光折变存储性能优于红光的。3%MgRuFeLiNbO3晶体双波长非挥发存储的最大衍射效率、固定衍射效率、响应时间和灵敏度分别达到77%、58%、155s和0.189cm/J,优于RuFeLiNbO3晶体,也优于双色非挥发存储性能。探讨了蓝光光折变全息存储性能和双波长非挥发存储性能增强的机理。
