阳极氧化法快速制备低粗糙度铝基体硬超疏水表面

Abstract:

为找到一种有效去除环己酮精制过程中的杂质己醛和2-庚酮的工艺方法,以环己酮塔顶液为研究对象,用对杂质有吸附作用的HZSM-5分子筛作吸附剂,对含有己醛和2-庚酮等多种杂质的环己酮液体进行吸附研究,分别考察了分子筛的硅与铝摩尔比、吸附时间、吸附温度和吸附剂的添加量对己醛和2-庚酮吸附去除效果的影响。结果表明硅与铝摩尔比为80的分子筛对己醛和2-庚酮的吸附效果最好,当分子筛质量与环己酮体积之比为0.08g/mL、吸附温度和吸附时间分别为30℃和24h时,己醛去除率达到99.47%,2-庚酮去除率达到100%,己醛的吸附等温线为上凸的Langmuir型曲线,而2-庚酮的为反Langmuir型曲线。
