组分偏离对堇青石结构及红外辐射性能的影响
Abstract:
采用固相反应法制备组分偏离的堇青石基红外辐射材料。利用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪和IR-2双波段发射率测试仪对样品结构和红外辐射性能进行了表征,结果表明在1300℃制备的Si偏离量x=0.50的全波段辐射率达到0.90,8~14μm波段红外辐射率达到0.94;Mg偏离量x=0.10的全波段红外辐射率达到0.90,8~14μm波段红外辐射率达到0.93;Al偏离量x=0.20的全波段辐射率达到0.89,8~14μm波段红外辐射率达到0.93。适当的组分偏离能有效提高样品的红外辐射性能。
