水养护条件下磷酸氢二钾改性磷酸镁水泥的失效机制

Abstract:

磷酸氢二钾(dipotassiumhydrogenphosphate,DPP)改性的磷酸镁水泥(magnesia-phosphatecement,MPC)在水养护时的主要失效特征为组分浸出和试件开裂。运用X射线衍射、热重–差示扫描量热分析、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和压汞实验等微观分析手段研究了MPC浆体在养护水中的浸出物性质和水侵蚀对MPC浆体结构的破坏作用。结果表明养护水中的浸出物主要成分为MgKPO4?6H2O(MKP),组分浸出是MPC材料在水养护条件下的普遍特征;水化“未成熟”产物吸水后在浆体内部大孔(孔径>100nm)中生成大量膨胀性针状MKP结晶,结晶破坏是材料的主要失效机制。没有证据表明反应剩余的重烧氧化镁与材料的耐久性问题有关。
