新型致密扩散障极限电流氧传感器的制备及其性能

Abstract:

采用固相法制备NiO粉体。根据X射线衍射分析和扫描电子显微镜观察结果,用NiO和3Y20A[含有20%(质量分数)氧化铝的3%(摩尔分数)Y2O3稳定的ZrO2]质量比为11制备的混合导体作为致密扩散障层,采用Pt浆料粘合法将其与8YSZ[8%(摩尔分数)Y2O3稳定的ZrO2]固体电解质叠层制成致密扩散障型极限电流氧传感器,对其敏感特性进行了研究。结果表明该传感器在923K和973K、氧气体积分数为1%~40%范围内具有良好的测氧特性;在氧气体积分数为1%~25%范围内极限电流与氧体积分数之间存在良好的线性关系。响应时间曲线表明在不同氧体积分数下传感器重复性好、响应时间快。
