炭气凝胶/氧化镍原位复合及超电容性能

Abstract:

分别以丙二酸、十二烷基硫酸钠为催化剂和分散剂,在硝酸镍存在下,甲醛和间苯二酚经过凝胶化、高温炭化后得到炭气凝胶/氧化镍复合材料。利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对材料的结构和形貌进行表征,采用循环伏安法、充放电曲线和交流阻抗表征样品的电化学性能。结果表明在–0.4~0.6V(饱和甘汞电极)的电位范围内材料具有良好的电容性能和循环稳定性,在0.5A/g的电流密度下单电极比电容达到了348.3F/g,在氢氧化钾电解液中以100mV/s扫描速率循环2000次后比电容值基本不变。
