镁合金微弧氧化膜在Na2SO4溶液中的腐蚀行为

Abstract:

在硅酸盐电解液中,采用微弧氧化(micro-arcoxidation,MAO)技术在镁合金AZ91D表面制备了MAO陶瓷膜。利用电化学方法,结合扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射等手段研究了该MAO膜层在0.1mol/LNa2SO4溶液及其与不同浓度的NaCl混合液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明镁合金AZ91D表面的MAO膜在Na2SO4溶液中具有较好的耐蚀性;在0.1mol/LNa2SO4+NaCl混合液中,随着添加的Cl–浓度增加,MAO膜层腐蚀速率增加;浸泡初期MAO膜为全面腐蚀,120h后浸泡在0.1mol/LNa2SO4+3.5%NaCl混合液中的试样出现点蚀孔。腐蚀产物为Mg4(OH)6SO4?8H2O、MgSO4和Mg(OH)2,当有Cl–存在的溶液中,腐蚀产物还有MgCl2?2H2O出现。
