低Sc含量BZSPTx高温压电陶瓷的结构和介温特性
Abstract:
为了降低BiScO3–PbTiO3高温压电陶瓷的成本,采用传统固相反应制备了低Sc含量的(1–x)(0.15BiScO3–0.85PbTiO3)–xBi(Zn1/2Ti1/2)O3(BZSPTx,x为摩尔分数)高温压电陶瓷,用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和介温性能测试表征样品的微观结构、物相,结果显示当x=0.075~0.125,BZSPTx陶瓷具有单一四方相钙钛矿结构,同时BZSPTx体系具有较大的四方畸变度(c/a>1.1)。介温性能测试表明BZSPTx体系可获得高于PbTiO3陶瓷的Curie温度(TC>520℃),其介温特性依赖于四方畸变程度;当Bi(Zn1/2Ti1/2)O3含量x为0.075时,BZSPTx陶瓷体系获得最大压电活性(d33=76pC/N),同时具有较高的Curie温度(TC=536℃),该材料体系有望在航空航天、石油勘探和民用等领域的高温压电传感器中得到应用。
