表层处理砂浆中预埋钢筋的腐蚀行为(英文)

Abstract:

利用有机硅浸渍剂(alkyl-alkoxylsilane,AAS)和原位合成高吸水性树脂(super-absorbentresin,SAR)分别对含有预埋钢筋的砂浆试样进行表层处理,并将处理前后的砂浆试样浸没于3.5%NaCl溶液中进行了加速腐蚀试验。测试了不同腐蚀龄期内的自然腐蚀电位和极化电流密度。结果表明存在于砂浆表层的AAS斥水膜层和SAR吸水膨胀凝胶能够显著降低Cl-在砂浆基材中的渗透性;处理砂浆试样中预埋钢筋在相同腐蚀时间内的自然腐蚀电位较未处理试样显著增高,而相应的腐蚀电流密度显著降低;SAR和AAS作为表层处理材料均能延缓砂浆中预埋钢筋的腐蚀过程,且SAR的延缓效果更佳。
