ZrB_2-YAG陶瓷的烧结致密化

Abstract:

通过共沉淀法获得包覆式A12O3-Y2O3/ZrB2复合粉体,对其进行放电等离子烧结以提高ZrB2陶瓷的烧结致密度。用扫描电镜观察试样的显微结构,用X射线衍射仪对试样进行物相分析。结果表明包覆型粉体在700~1000℃时出现1次大的收缩,然后出现1个不收缩的平台,当温度达到1100℃之后出现第2次收缩。适宜制备高致密的ZrB2-钇铝石榴石(yttriumaluminiumgarnet,YAG)陶瓷的工艺条件为烧结温度为1700℃,烧结压力为20MPa,保温时间为4min,YAG的添加量为30%(质量分数),所制备的ZrB2-YAG陶瓷相对密度大于95%。
