磁性坡缕石靶向药物载体的原位制备及性能

Abstract:

用原位合成法制备了新型磁性坡缕石(Fe3O4-P)靶向药物载体样品,样品复合率为20%。测量了载体样品的磁性能,并进行了载药和体外释药试验。结果表明载体中Fe3O4颗粒平均直径约为10nm,均匀分布在坡缕石纤维表面;样品的饱和磁化强度达到23.83A·m2/kg,剩余磁化强度为1.13A·m2/kg,矫顽力为1989A/m;Fe3O4-P对表阿霉素药物的饱和吸附率达到48.5mg/g;载体在磷酸盐溶液中浸泡1h后对药物的释放与吸附达到动态平衡,表现了良好的缓释性能。
