虾夷扇贝贝壳的微观结构及与功能相关性(英文)

Abstract:

用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪研究虾夷扇贝贝壳各部位微观结构、相组成及与功能相关性。结果表明,虾夷扇贝贝壳由三层组成外层的结构单元为带弧度鳞片;中间层为小板条;内层的结构单元分为两种闭壳肌对应部位为棱柱状纤维,其它为角钢状纤维。贝壳材料由无机质碳酸钙和有机质蛋白质构成,棱柱层的无机质为文石;其他部位的无机质为方解石。扇贝贝壳不同位置结构组成、结构单元及相组成不同,与其功能需求密切相关。微观结构的差异分布和有机–无机材料复合确保扇贝贝壳具备不同功能保护自己。
