锂化合物对硫铝酸盐水泥水化历程的影响

Abstract:

研究了锂化合物对硫铝酸盐水泥凝结时间、水化历程、水化产物种类和形貌的影响。水化热试验表明锂化合物的掺入使得硫铝酸盐水泥的水化诱导期消失,直接进入水化加速期,同时使得早期的水化速率和水化放热量显著增加,后期的水化放热量减小。X射线衍射分析表明锂化合物的作用仅提高了水化产物的生成速率,对水化产物种类无影响。扫描电镜观察结果表明锂化合物的掺入提高了水化产物的生成速率和生成量。研究结果还表明空白硫铝酸盐水泥在水化加速期依次出现的3个水化放热峰是由于不同的钙钒石生成阶段所致;在相同的Li+掺量(以摩尔计)下,相对于Li2CO3而言,LiOH·H2O具有更强的加速硫铝酸盐水泥水化的能力。
