用低硅铜尾矿制备蒸压灰砂砖
Abstract:
研究了配合料组成和成型、蒸养工艺参数对低硅铜尾矿蒸压灰砂砖力学性能的影响。通过掺加适量河砂粉,在175~190℃蒸压反应可制得铜尾矿蒸压砂砖,该砂砖的配合料中低硅铜尾矿用料达65%,物理力学性能符合GB11945—1999《蒸压灰砂砖》MU15蒸压灰砂砖的技术要求。X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明制备的铜尾矿蒸压灰砂砖中的主要反应产物为0.9nm托勃莫来石(Ca5Si6O18H2)、1.1nm托勃莫来石(Ca5Si6O17·5H2O)和1.4nm托勃莫来石(Ca5Si6O18H2·8H2O)晶体,铜尾矿中的钙铁榴石几乎不参与反应。
