掺镱钇铝石榴石激光晶体生长与开裂

Abstract:

采用提拉法生长了掺杂5%(摩尔分数)Yb3+的YbY3Al5O12(YbYAG)晶体,并对晶体生长工艺进行了研究。从理论上分析了生长速率、转速、热应力、晶体尺寸对晶体开裂的影响。确定的最佳工艺条件为晶体放肩和等径生长速率分别为0.8mm/h和1mm/h;转速为15r/min;轴向温度梯度为0.01~0.05℃/mm。所得晶体的最佳直径为15~25mm。
