仿钧瓷显微结构与呈色的关系

Abstract:

以K2O-Al2O3-CaO-SiO2-P2O5生料石灰碱釉为基础组成,采用三角配料法,在还原气氛下于1280℃烧成,制备出釉面颜色分别为铜红、铜蓝、蓝紫和灰黑等样品。研究了仿钧瓷组成和显微结构与呈色的关系,分析了Ca3(PO4)2含量对釉面呈色的影响。结果表明在一定Ca3(PO4)2含量条件下,SiO2与CaO摩尔比对釉面呈色有显著影响,SiO2与CaO摩尔比在2.5~3.5范围易形成铜红、铜蓝和蓝紫釉面,SiO2与CaO摩尔比在4.5~10.5易形成灰棕、灰黑亚光釉面;基础组成固定时,Ca3(PO4)2含量对釉面呈色和分相结构有显著影响,随Ca3(PO4)2含量增加,釉层中分相尺寸明显增大,釉面颜色由红--蓝(紫)--灰红依次变化。组成是形成钧釉多种呈色的基础条件,分相结构则可能改变其釉的基本色调。
