镁合金表面介孔45S5生物玻璃陶瓷涂层的制备及体外降解性能

Abstract:

以三嵌段共聚物F127为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法在AZ31镁合金表面制备了介孔45S5生物玻璃陶瓷涂层。通过扫描电子显微镜和比表面积测试等方法表征了涂层的表面形貌和介孔结构,探讨了F127在介孔结构形成中的作用机理以及介孔对涂层性能的影响,并通过浸泡实验研究了镁合金及其涂层在模拟体液(SBF)中的降解行为。结果表明制得的涂层表面均匀、无裂纹,与基体形成良好的界面结合。在模拟体液中,该涂层能够显著地降低镁合金基体的腐蚀速率和诱导羟基磷灰石的沉积,有效地改善镁合金的耐蚀性和生物活性。
