聚合物叔碳酸乙烯酯/醋酸乙烯酯乳液改性水泥

Abstract:

通过将不同投料比的叔碳酸乙烯酯/醋酸乙烯酯(VeoVa10/VAc)聚合成Poly(VeoVa10-VAc)乳液,加入到水泥砂浆中,以提高其力学性能。采用Fourier变换红外光谱,X射线衍射以及热重分析对水泥中的VAc中酯基的水解及醋酸根基团和无机化合物之间的反应进行了表征。结果表明,随着投料比中VeoVa10的增加,聚合物中VAc单元的水解减少。聚合物中VAc单元的水解程度和聚合物乳液的成膜性对改性水泥砂浆的粘合强度、挠曲强度以及抗压强度有较大影响。VeoVa10/VAc的投料比达到20/80时可以获得最佳的力学性能
