废旧LiFePO4 正极材料的循环利用及电化学性能

Abstract:

以回收并经过除杂处理的废旧LiFePO4正极材料为原料,采用固相法补加不同摩尔分数的Li2CO3,在N2气氛中经焙烧修复补锂,获得再生的LiFePO4/C正极材料。结果表明,向废旧正极材料中补加摩尔分数为10%的Li2CO3可以有效弥补可循环锂的损失,再生后的正极材料有优异的倍率和循环性能。在0.1和20C倍率下其放电比容量分别为157和73mA·h/g,经200次循环后,容量几乎没有衰减。说明此方法可有效再生提高废旧LiFePO4正极材料的电化学性能,为大规模有效回收再利用废旧LiFePO4正极材料提供了一条可行的途径。
