大口径YCOB晶体的提拉法生长

Abstract:

采用提拉法成功生长了大尺寸高质量的Ca4YO(BO3)3(YCOB)晶体,尺寸达到?110×90mm3,为目前文献所报道的最大尺寸。有效的解决了YCOB晶体生长过程中经常出现的开裂、螺旋生长等现象。在所生长的YCOB晶体基础上,加工了尺寸为80mm×80mm×15mm的晶片用于进一步的实验。
