PreparationandCharacterizationofSn-dopedZnOParticleswithLowInfraredEmissivityKeywords: Sn-dopedZnOparticles,co-precipitation,lowinfraredemissivity Abstract: Sn-dopedZnOparticlesweresuccessfullysynthesizedbychemicalco-precipitationmethod.Theirmorphology,phase,microstructureandinfraredemissivitywerecharacterized.TheresultsshowthattheSn-dopedZnOparticlesareofellipsoidshape,theircrystallinestructurechangedwiththermalprocesstemperature,theoptimalthermalprocesstemperatureandSn-dopedproportionare1000℃and15%,respectively,theminimumemissivityvaluesare0.42,0.28,0.46and0.48correspondingtotheinfraredwavelengthsof0~∞,3~5,8~14and14~20mm,whichindicatesthattheSn-dopedZnOparticleshavetheapplicationpotentialaslowinfraredemissivitymaterial.
