LeachingKineticsofCalciumVanadatebyNa2CO3SolutionKeywords: metallurgicalreactionengineering,leaching,kinetics,calciumvanadate Abstract: LeachingkineticsofcalciumvanadatebyNa2CO3solutionwasstudied.KineticequationwasestablishedaccordingtothevariationofVO3-concentrationwithtimeduringtheleachingprocess.TheinfluencesofinitialpHvalueandstirringspeedonreactionrateconstantwereexaminedandthecorrespondingapparentactivationenergywascalculated.Theresultsindicatethattheleachingprocessisa0.68orderreaction,andthereactionrateconstant8.64′10-6mol/(L×s).ItincreaseswiththeincreaseofpHvalueandstirringspeed.Andthedissolutionrateofcalciumvanadatealsoincreases.Theapparentactivationenergyis38.98kJ/mol,andtemperaturehasgreatinfluenceontheleachingrateofcalciumvanadate.
