ProductionofCitricAcidfromApplePomaceEnzymolyzedbyCellulaseKeywords: citricacid,applepomace,cellulase,fermentation Abstract: CellulasecanevidentlyincreasethecontentofglucoseandhasasignificanteffectontheproductionofcitricacidfromapplepomacebyAspergillusniger.Basedonexperiments,acellulolyticenzymenamedcellulaseA6wasfoundabletoproduceabout170gglucosefrom1kgdriedapplepomaceafter12hreaction,withcellulaseconcentrationof20U/ginthemediumat50℃,naturalpHwithoutpretreatmentofalkali.Usingthetreatedapplepomaceasaliquidstatesubstrate,Aspergillusniger-Cselectedoutwasabletoproduceabout256gcitricacidfrom1kgdriedapplepomaceat35℃in3dor30℃in5dwithflaskrotationspeedof210r/min,andtheconversionofcitricacidcouldreach80%basedontheamountofsugarconsumed.
