ApplicationoftheSolvothermalProcessintheSynthesisofHigh-performanceAg/g-Al2O3CatalystsKeywords: Ag/g-Al2O3,solvothermalprocess,catalyst,microstructure Abstract: Ag/g-Al2O3isakindofpromisingcatalystwiththerelativelylowercostcomparedwiththoseusingnoblemetals,goodresistanceagainstcatalyticpoisoningandexcellentbehaviourforNOxremoval.Inthepresentstudy,Ag/g-Al2O3catalystsweresynthesizedbythesolvothermalprocessandcharacterizedbyXRD,TG-DTA,TEM,UV-VisandFT-IR.Itwasfoundthathigh-performanceAg/g-Al2O3catalystscouldbesynthesizedbyproperlyselectingstartingmaterials,controllingthecompositionofsolventandotherreactionconditions.Themicrostructureevolutionofthecatalystswasalsodiscussed.
