RecoveryofCopperfromLeachingSolutionofCopperSmeltingAshKeywords: recovery,copper,coppersmeltingash,N902,extraction Abstract: AnefficientandreliableapproachbasedonsolventextractiontoselectivelyrecovercopperfromleachingsolutionofJinchuancoppersmeltingashhasbeendevelopedinthiswork.Andtheextractionisothermof50%(j)N902withinitialaqueousacidityof19.6g/Lwasdeterminedat25℃.Theresultsshowthattheextractant,N902,hasgoodselectivitytocopper,anditssaturatedcapacityofcopperunderthegivenconditionsisover23g/L.Therecoveryrateofcopperintheextractionisover99%.Andcopperextractionequilibriumisreachedin90susing50%N902withkeroseneasthediluentingagentatanorganicandaqueousvolumephaseratio(O/A)of1.Furthermore,over99.5%oftheloadedcopperintheorganicphasecouldbestrippedbyapplying196g/LH2SO4asthestrippingagent.
