基于Mie散射理论的反蛋白石光子晶体定域化研究

Abstract:

根据Mie散射理论和低浓度近似,对金属氧化物构成的反蛋白石光子晶体的光子定域化区进行了研究。结果发现,该光子晶体在14到18区域出现多个光子禁带,并且讨论了影响定域化参量的各种因素,为实现光子定域化现象提供理论参考。
