Abstract:

报道了一种可用于生成毫米波源的单纵模双波长光纤激光器。该激光器采用保偏光纤布拉格光栅作为波长选择器件,其选出的两个波长是正交偏振态的,增强了偏振烧孔效应,有效的减少了不同波长之间的竞争,得到稳定的双波长输出。利用复合腔的游标效应抑制多模振荡,实现激光器单纵模运转。双波长间隔约0.318nm(39.8GHz),边模抑制比(SMSR)大于50dB
