双磁阱中玻色凝聚气体干涉演化探测量子涡旋

Abstract:

研究了两部分具有量子涡旋的玻色凝聚气体相干叠加时的干涉演化图样,并与没有涡旋的情况进行比较。研究发现,在涡旋态下,干涉条纹变得倾斜并且在涡旋核处条纹发生融合。根据干涉条纹的倾斜方向可判断涡旋的方向,由干涉图样在涡旋核处融合的条纹数可确定涡旋量子数。这种特殊的干涉结构图样为实验上探测涡旋提供了有效的方法。
