Abstract:

通过发动机台架试验,研究了供油系统参数对小型直喷柴油机燃用L30混合燃料的影响。研究结果表明液化石油气质量分数为30%的混合燃料(L30)发动机最高热效率对应的供油提前角略大于纯柴油;随着供油提前角增大,NOx排放浓度增大,CO和HC排放浓度在上止点前22°~24°曲轴转角时最低;喷嘴启喷压力在20~22MPa时,L30混合燃料发动机的热效率最高,NOx排放浓度最大,HC排放浓度较低,CO排放浓度变化不大;直喷柴油机燃用L30混合燃料时,适当增大供油提前角和喷射压力可以获得最佳的性能。
