Abstract:

针对传统的神经网络电池建模方法的缺陷,利用计算智能算法训练的RBF网络实现镍氢动力电池组建模;采用免疫聚类的方法,通过对样本径基进行成分提取,并与自适应并行免疫进化策略(PIES)相结合,形成一种更有效的RBF网络构造策略,并对理论分析进行放电验证。研究结果表明利用计算智能算法训练的RBF网络实现镍氢动力电池组建模,有效地减少了训练时间;同时能够减少RBF网络的隐节点数目,并有效地确定中心宽度;该建模方法比传统网络镍氢电池建模方法精度有所提高,最大电压误差在0.3V以内。
