基于CT技术的沥青混合料动态压实均匀性评价

Abstract:

沥青混合料的不均匀性主要表现在沥青混合料中孔隙和集料分布的不均匀性,孔隙分布是否均匀直接关系到沥青路面的力学性能和使用寿命。为了评价沥青混合料动态压实过程中的压实均匀性,引入X-ray计算机断层扫描技术,对各种旋转压实次数下的试件进行扫描,再将试件图片按不同半径虚拟截成不同尺寸的试件,分别计算和比较它们的纵向孔隙结构分布。研究结果表明对于沥青混合料试件的纵向孔隙率分布,试件两端的孔隙率明显要高,而试件中间部位的孔隙率相对较低;随着旋转压实次数的增加,沥青混合料的压实均匀性越来越好,当旋转压实次数增大到55次时,虚拟截成的不同半径的试件内部孔隙分布高度重合,表明试件的压实均匀性非常好。
