经验模式分解在发动机故障特征提取中的应用

Abstract:

针对中高速工况发动机瞬时转速信号波形杂乱、故障特征提取困难的问题,基于经验模式分解(EMD)分析瞬时转速信号、提取故障特征的方法,采用一种“筛”算法,逐次分离具有不同特征时间尺度的信号成分,从揭示信号中内嵌的不同频率的振荡模式;测试了汽油机中速和低速、正常和失火故障时的瞬时转速信号,并进行了EMD分析。结果表明经验模式分解能够有效地分离发动机中高速工况时瞬时转速信号中存在的高频转速波动,得到经提纯的反映各缸燃爆工况的瞬时转速,从而有效地提取发动机失火故障特征。该方法可以作为发动机故障人工智能诊断的前处理步骤,具有一定的工程应用价值。
