冷轧变形Co40NiCrMo微观组织和力学性能

Abstract:

采用金相显微镜、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和拉伸试验研究了冷轧变形对Co40NiCrMo合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明Co40NiCrMo合金的冷轧变形方式主要是滑移和孪生;孪晶的交互作用使得合金的晶粒有效尺寸减小,组织细化;冷轧变形程度比较小时,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度随着变形程度的增大急剧增加,相应地,延伸率显著下降;变形程度超过30%后,强度增加比较缓慢,延伸率也变化地很少;断口分析显示,冷轧变形程度对合金的断裂性能影响很大,随着变形量的增大,合金断裂由韧性断裂过渡到脆性断裂;孪晶的产生和孪晶的交互作用是合金变形强化的主要原因。
