基于有效模量的沥青路面加铺层设计方法

Abstract:

中国沥青路面加铺设计方法单纯采用旧路面的弯沉作为设计指标,无法指导路面病害较为严重时所需要进行的路面加铺设计。参考AASHTO设计方法中旧沥青路面层系数的建议值,根据模量和层系数的关系,确定了半刚性基层沥青路面结构层的有效模量建议值,并结合中国沥青路面设计方法,提出基于结构层有效模量的半刚性基层沥青路面加铺层设计方法。通过沥青路面加铺设计实例,根据路面病害状况确定了各结构层的有效模量,得到加铺层厚度为10cm。结果表明该方法设计结果与美国AI法结果基本一致,略低于AASHTO设计结果;避免了当路面代表弯沉值较小时,按现行规范无法进行加铺的情况。
