基于路用性能的沥青路面全寿命周期设计方法

Abstract:

选择沥青路面的车辙、疲劳裂缝和温度裂缝等主要病害作为路用性能路面设计的主要指标,结合交通荷载、环境、材料组成、路面结构的力学反应量等因素,对路面结构各层永久变形进行预估,分析了沥青层的自上而下裂缝、自下而上裂缝及温度裂缝,并将路用性能分析应用到全寿命周期效益、费用计算和养护方案选择中,并提出基于路用性能的沥青路面全寿命周期设计新方法及计算流程。采用该方法对石家庄―安村高速公路路面车辙、裂缝进行预测,并与实测值对比,同时,对新建段路面结构进行设计。研究结果表明路面车辙及自上而下裂缝模型预测值与实测值相差较小,偏差小于20%;自下而上裂缝及温度裂缝模型预测值与实测值相差相对较大,偏差大于40%;路面状况指数预测值适用性较好;该方法对沥青路面设计有较好的适用性,达到了从结构材料设计一体化及全寿命周期角度考虑路面设计的目的。
