大差速比平地机离合器接合过程

Abstract:

为了解决大差速比平地机离合器接合过程中车辆冲击和摩擦片温升问题,采用系统动力学方法,运用ADAMS软件建立了大差速比离合器接合过程的动力学模型,研究了换挡过程中油压上升速度以及油压大小对车辆冲击加速度和离合器滑摩功的影响规律。为了改善离合器的接合性能,以平地机设计许用加速度为依据,以减小滑摩功为目标,提出了油压快速上升和慢速上升两阶段控制方案,为平地机离合器的设计提供依据。仿真结果表明离合器的滑摩功随着油压上升速度的增加而减小,冲击加速度随着油压上升速度的增加而增大;离合器的滑摩功随着接合油压的增大而减小,冲击加速度随着接合油压的增大而增大。同时,试验结果验证了理论模型的正确性及所提出控制方法的可行性。
