基于ALE算法的汽车侧面气帘展开仿真

Abstract:

为了模拟气帘的充气展开过程,采用LS-DYNA软件建立了某汽车气帘基于流固耦合ALE算法的仿真模型,给出了主要参数的设置及耦合实现方法。通过静态起爆试验和落锤试验对仿真模型进行了验证。结果表明气帘是在充气口位置先展开,然后逐步充满整个气帘,气帘展开的形状与静态起爆试验结果基本一致;落锤加速度试验峰值与仿真峰值误差约为9%,证明了所建立的ALE模型可以用来有效模拟气帘的展开过程。
